I sat down and tried to come up with a realistic scope of work and budget for rebuilding the house. With the rising cost of lumber it is the worst time to build from scratch, but I have no choice but to let God handle that and press on. I’m believing him for this whole thing anyway.
I could kick myself for failing to add something for demo and clean out. That shit alone was well over 12000. For cost of the dumpsters, tarping the roof and getting extra man power to clear out the second floor.
