I started making weekly checklist of things to get done before the end of the week. The list has been keeping me focused. So much so im starting to see the progress.
So I finished the windows and I started on the front porch to prime and replace some of the exterior trim. I also got a electrician to run the electrical for the hot water heater. So I call the plumbers back so they could knock out the shower pans, shower fixtures, and what ever other finish work they needed to do to get me operational. They never even lit the hot water heater.
So that leaves me with another list of to-dos before they come out on the 4th… I have about a week to do the batroom cement board and some drywall so they can wrap up the shower stuff and get some vainities in the bathrooms.
So back to last weeks list…
Finish the sunroom storm windows

I sorted the trim wood on the porch and put up the scaffold so I could start striping the paint from the underside of the porch.

With that out of the way I set up the horses to prime the wood and don the cutting. I cut the trim and added these corbels to the front of the house.

This half timber was missing for a while. I routed the sides of the new wood down to fit in between the stucco and primed the hell out of it.

Same with this 4′ beveled and mitered molding peice that gave me hell to get up there.

I also got the marigolds planted and a couple of trees

And to get a jump on the plumber stuff I poured the self leveler to level the floor for the cement board in the bathroom.

And I started working on the kitchen sink base. I figured if I set up the sink I could have the plumbers do that as well.

Massive 80lbs 33″ fireclay sink

I have 5 slabs of this marble so I’m going to use it for the sink counter top.
