So Streamline electric had all the excuses in the world to not finish the job.
So they submitted a statement saying they would not complete the job (prime situation for legal action). I DIGRESS… I pushed for an investigation inspection. Detroit Electrical inspection team sent an inspectored and he gave me the ok to press forward with a new electrician. He also mentioned that I might want to go after the company to recoup losses.
It was a big headache. Plus I would have to develop new electrical plans to incorparate the existing electrical that was ran.
I met with a electrician who needed plans. I told him I could provide it but I needed to draft them out plus I wanted to start with the kitchen, electrical for the water heater and then work things room by room. He didnt reply when I sent them to him so… i moved on.
Met independent number two … set up a day to get cracking and everything that could go wrong to get him started went wrong. From my bank account being wiped clean by internet fraud theives to emergency rescue calls to crazy weather. He even spazzed out on me which made me uncomfortable.
My third independent was a total no show when we were supposed to start. Glad I didnt break him off a check before hand.
The last one might be the ticket… I meet with him Monday so wish me luck.
